All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you
place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using
the original method of payment.

Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in KLANG VALLEY. Any shipments outside of KLANG VALLEY are not available at this moment.

Delivery Time

A specific delivery date and time will be provided for you to select once your order is placed. Please note that it will take 24 hours to process your order. Delivery options for the next day will be disabled after 2 pm.

Typically, delivery takes about 30 minutes to 1 hour. However, the actual delivery time may vary slightly depending on the chosen delivery method when placing your order.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated on the checkout page based on the postcode you entered, which must be in the Klang Valley area.

Option 1 – No Refunds/Exchanges:
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If

product and the defect.

If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the
purchase price, using the original method of payment.
